Returns and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene protection, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality clothing is sent to you.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective upon arrival or you receive an incorrect item, please email us at contact@lovina-swimwear.com within 48 hours of your order being delivered, including your order number and a photo of the damaged area or incorrect item. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Items damaged due to improper care of the garment are not considered manufacturing defects.

RETURN COSTS

If the customer received the wrong item or it has manufacturing defects, the return shipping costs will be covered by Lovina Swimwear.

Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund amount. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, if the customer received free shipping on their initial order, the initial shipping fee will also be deducted from the final refund amount.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
